Director’s Profile

From Accurate Diagnosis to Compassionate Rehabilitation

I am Naoki Yamagami, Medical Director of Yamagami Orthopaedic Clinic.

Inspired by my own experience in sports, I pursued a career in medicine with the goal of becoming an orthopaedic surgeon who supports athletes.

Through my work in community healthcare in my hometown of Tottori, advanced clinical training at Funabashi Orthopaedic Hospital, and 11 years of practice at Anshin Hospital, I have gained extensive experience performing surgeries, particularly in the field of upper extremities.

From treating professional athletes to conducting baseball screenings for children, my broad experience can also be effectively applied to general orthopaedic care.

At our clinic, we value our patients’ time and strive to provide efficient and streamlined consultations. By making accurate diagnoses and promptly determining the most appropriate treatment plan, we ensure that each patient receives truly necessary medical care without delay.

After diagnosis, our team—including nurses and physical therapists—provides attentive and compassionate care under our philosophy, “We treat you like family,” ensuring a smooth transition to rehabilitation and ongoing support.

By Train or Bus

From Subway Gakuen-toshi Station: Take Sanyo Bus (Route 11) from Bus Stop No. 2 toward Tarumi Higashiguchi. Get off at Higashi Tamon and walk for 1 minute. (Approx. 10 minutes)
From JR Tarumi Station: Take Sanyo Bus (Route 11) from Bus Stop No. 2 toward Gakuen-toshi Station or Manabigaoka. Get off at Higashi Tamon and walk for 1 minute. (Approx. 20 minutes)
From Subway Myodani Station: Take Sanyo Bus (Route 14) toward Maiko-koko-mae. Get off at Higashi Tamon and walk for 1 minute. (Approx. 15 minutes)

By Car

Exit at Tarumi IC on the Kobe-Awaji-Naruto Expressway. Drive west for about 2 minutes.
From Daini Shinmei Kita Line, turn left at the Tarumi Police Station intersection and drive for about 5 minutes.

Parking

Please use the free parking lot (360 spaces) at Gourmet City Kozukayama. Our clinic is located on the first floor next to the parking area, and you can drive directly to the entrance.

Conditions We Are Unable to Fully Treat

For the following conditions, specialist care in Neurosurgery or Otolaryngology (ENT) is often required. While we can provide first aid and temporary pain relief, accurate diagnosis requires advanced imaging such as CT scans, which are not available at our clinic. These conditions may lead to serious complications, so we recommend seeking immediate specialist care.
